Вищою радою правосуддя за поданням заступника Генерального прокурора надано згоду на утримання під вартою судді Мар’їнського районного суду Донецької області, підозрюваного у схемі незаконного уникнення від мобілізації чоловіків призивного віку.

Одночасно Вищою радою правосуддя за клопотанням заступника Генерального прокурора тимчасово відсторонено цього суддю від здійснення правосуддя.     

Також Вищою радою правосуддя частково задоволено подання заступника Генерального прокурора про надання згоди на утримання під цілодобовим домашнім арештом іншого судді Мар’їнського районного суду Донецької області, підозрюваного у тяжкому злочині проти миру, безпеки людства та міжнародного правопорядку. Надано згоду на утримання судді під домашнім арештом.

Одночасно Вищою радою правосуддя за клопотанням заступника Генерального прокурора тимчасово відсторонено і цього суддю від здійснення правосуддя.        

Готуються клопотання про обрання суддям відповідних запобіжних заходів.

The Supreme Council of Justice agreed with the evidence of the involvement of the judges of the Marinsky District Court of the Donetsk region in criminal activities against Ukraine

Upon the filing of the Deputy Prosecutor General, the Supreme Council of Justice has given its consent to the detention of a judge of the Maryinsky District Court of the Donetsk region, suspected of a scheme of illegal avoidance from mobilization of men of conscription age.

At the same time, the Supreme Council of Justice, upon the request of the Deputy Prosecutor General, temporarily suspended this judge from the administration of justice.    

Also, the Supreme Council of Justice partially satisfied the filing of the Deputy Prosecutor General on granting consent to the detention under round-the-clock house arrest of another judge of the Maryinsky District Court of the Donetsk region, suspected of a serious crime against peace, human security and international law and order. Consent has been given to keeping the judge under house arrest.

At the same time, the Supreme Council of Justice, at the request of the Deputy Prosecutor General, temporarily suspended this judge from the administration of justice. 

Motions are being prepared to take appropriate preventive measures regarding the judges.
