Віктор Медведчук та 12 членів організованої групи, підозрюються у роботі на військово-політичне керівництво рф, зокрема проведенні підривної діяльності в інформаційній сфері проти України. 

За процесуального керівництва прокурорів відділу нагляду за додержанням законів органами, які ведуть боротьбу з організованою злочинністю Київської обласної прокуратури В.Медведчуку, Д.Жарких, Р.Коваленку, А.Марчевському, Р.Калинчуку, Я.Таксюру, Б.Гіганову, Ю.Дудкіну, О.Ясинському, Р.Коцабі, Н.Хорошевській, О.Лазарєву, К.Молчанову, який знаходиться під вартою, повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні злочинів, передбачених ч. 3 ст. 436-2, ч. 3 ст. 109, ч. 3 ст. 161, ч. 2 ст. 111, ч. 6 ст. 111-1 КК України. 

Як повідомили в Київській обласній прокуратурі, підозрювані створили проект «Другая Украина» і просували через нього наративи кремля. Зокрема поширювали публікації, в яких виправдовували збройну агресію рф, закликали до зміни меж території чи державного кордону України, розпалювали національну та релігійну ворожнечі, а також розповсюджували інші матеріали на підтримку держави-агресора.

Досудове розслідування здійснюють слідчі ГУ СБУ у м. Києві та Київській області за оперативного супроводу Управління захисту національної державності ГУ СБУ у м. Києві та Київській області.

Viktor Medvedchuk and 12 other persons were notified of suspicion for information and subversive activities

Viktor Medvedchuk and 12 members of the organized group are suspected of working for the military and political leadership of the russian federation, in particular, carrying out subversive activities in the information sphere against Ukraine.

Under the procedural supervision of the prosecutors of the Department for Supervision of Law Enforcement by Bodies Fighting Organized Crime of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, V. Medvedchuk, D. Zharkikh, R. Kovalenko, A. Marchevskyi, R. Kalynchuk, Ya. Taxyur, B. Giganov, Yu. Dudkin, O. Yasynskyi, R. Kotsaba, N. Khoroshevska, O. Lazarev, K. Molchanov, who is in custody, were notified of suspicion for committing the crimes provided for in part 3 of Art. 436-2, part 3 of Art. 109, part 3 of Art. 161, part 2 of Art. 111, part 6 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported in the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the suspects created the «The other Ukraine» project and promoted the kremlin's narratives through it. In particular, they shared publications in which they justified the armed aggression of the russian federation, called for a change in the borders of the territory or the state border of Ukraine, incited national and religious enmity, and also distributed other materials in support of the aggressor state.
