Під час Х Міжнародного форуму із захисту бізнесу, який відбувся 2 вересня в Києві, Генеральний прокурор України Руслан Кравченко презентував портал “СтопТиск”, який вже офіційно розпочав роботу (stoptysk.gp.gov.ua).

Цей цифровий інструмент створено як частину державної політики захисту бізнесу від неправомірного втручання в господарську діяльність з боку правоохоронних органів. Портал дозволяє керівникам компаній повідомляти про випадки тиску, проходити верифікацію, класифікацію та забезпечує системне реагування на такі факти.

Інформація, надана через портал, використовується для перевірки сигналів, ініціювання розслідувань і притягнення винних до відповідальності згідно з чинним законодавством України.

Руслан Кравченко підкреслив, що “СтопТиск” стане майданчиком для об’єднання зусиль прокуратури, бізнес-спільноти та адвокатів задля протидії системним проблемам і захисту чесних підприємців:

«СтопТиск – це логічне продовження нашої роботи по захисту чесного бізнесу. Одразу як я був призначений на посаду Генерального прокурора, ми провели кількісний аудит кримінальних проваджень щодо бізнесу. Їх виявилось майже 23 тисячі. Наступним кроком був якісний аудит. Результат – на сьогодні закрито майже третину (понад 7,5 тисяч) проваджень, які не мали судової перспективи», - зазначив Генеральний прокурор.

Керівники обласних прокуратур також активно проводять цю роботу на місцях.

«У перші дні на посаді я чітко сказав всім прокурорам: не чіпайте підприємців. Якщо бізнес чесний і прозорий – він працює вільно, а прокуратура захищає його право на це. Але якщо хтось вирішив грати за іншими правилами: порушує закон, стає співучасником корупційних схем чи дерибану бюджету – реакція одна. Нульова толерантність і жодних компромісів. Винні завжди відповідатимуть за свої злочини», - наголосив Генеральний прокурор.

Принцип роботи порталу “СтопТиск”:

        1.     Авторизація через “Дію”;

        2.     Детальний опис ситуації – дії посадових осіб, обставини, дата, наслідки;

        3.     Додавання документів, фото чи інших доказів (за наявності);

        4.     Автоматична реєстрація звернення, фіксація усіх фактів та їх відображення на дашборді;

        5.     Розгляд і реагування у визначені законом строки під контролем Офісу Генерального прокурора;

    6.     Оперативне ухвалення управлінських і процесуальних рішень, а також надання бізнесу постійного зворотного зв’язку.

Запуск порталу “СтопТиск” — це ще один крок до формування прозорих правил ведення бізнесу в Україні. Ми прагнемо, щоб кожен підприємець почувався захищеним, а держава демонструвала нульову толерантність як до тиску на бізнес, так і до економічних злочинів.

The “StopPressure” platform for business protection has officially started operation in Ukraine

During the X International Forum on Business Protection, which took place on September 2 in Kyiv, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko presented the “StopPressure” portal, which has already officially started operation (stoptysk.gp.gov.ua).

This digital tool was created as part of the state policy of protecting business from illegal interference in economic activity by law enforcement agencies. The portal allows company managers to report cases of pressure, undergo verification, classification and provides a systematic response to such facts.

The information provided through the portal is used to check signals, initiate investigations and bring the guilty to justice in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Ruslan Kravchenko emphasized that “StopPressure” will become a platform for combining the efforts of the Prosecutor's Office, the business community and lawyers to counter systemic problems and protect honest entrepreneurs:

“Stop Pressure – is a logical continuation of our activity to protect honest business. As soon as I was appointed to the position of Prosecutor General, we conducted a quantitative audit of criminal proceedings regarding business. Almost 23 thousand of them fell into this category. The next step was a quality audit. “The result is that, to date, almost a third (more than 7.5 thousand) of the proceedings that did not have a juducual perspective have been closed,” said the Prosecutor General"

The heads of Regional Prosecutors' Offices are also actively carrying out this activity on the ground.

In my first days in office, I clearly told all prosecutors: don't touch entrepreneurs. If the business is honest and transparent – it works freely and the Prosecutor's Office protects its right to do so. But if someone decides to play by different rules: violates the law, becomes an accomplice in corruption schemes or illegally budgetary schemes – reaction will be zero tolerance and no compromises. The guilty will always be responsible for their crimes», the Prosecutor General emphasized.

The principle of operation of the portal “StopPressure”:

1.Authorization via “Diia”;

2.Detailed description of the situation – actions of officials, circumstances, date, consequences;

3 Adding documents, photos or other evidence (if available);

4 Automatic registration of the appeal, recording of all facts and their display on the dashboard;

5.Consideration and response within the time limits specified by law under the control of the Prosecutor General `s Office;

6. Prompt management and procedural decision-making, as well as providing business with constant feedback.

The launch of the “StopPressure”portal is another step towards the formation of transparent business rules in Ukraine. We want every entrepreneur to feel protected, and the state to show zero tolerance for both pressure on business and economic crimes.
