Прокурори Лубенської окружної прокуратури забезпечили виконання рішень Господарського суду Полтавської області щодо повернення до комунальної власності Гребінківської міської ради двох земельних ділянок загальною площею майже 137 га вартістю понад 270 млн гривень.

Установлено, що в 2018 році Почаївська сільська рада та місцеве товариство уклали два договори оренди земельних ділянок для будівництва, експлуатації та обслуговування будівель і споруд об'єктів енергогенеруючих підприємств. Однак суб’єкт господарювання систематично не сплачував орендну плату, унаслідок чого утворилася заборгованість, яка, відповідно до інформації Гребінківської міської ради, становить понад 19,3 млн гривень.

Навесні 2025 року з метою захисту інтересів держави прокурори звернулися до товариства з двома позовами, які Господарський суд Полтавської області задовольнив.

Наразі земельні ділянки повернуті правонаступнику сільської ради – Гребінківській міській раді, а ГУ ДПС у Полтавській області вживає заходи щодо примусового стягнення несплаченої суми орендної плати.

Prosecutors returned land plots in Poltava region worth more than UAH 270 million to communal ownership

The prosecutors of the Lubny District Prosecutor's Office ensured the implementation of the decisions of the Commercial Court of the Poltava Region regarding the return to communal ownership of the Hrebinkа City Council of two plots of land with a total area of almost 137 hectares and a value of more than UAH 270 million.

It was established that in 2018, the Pochaiv Village Council and a local enterprise concluded two land lease agreements for the construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and structures of energy-generating enterprises. However, the entity did not systematically pay the rent, resulting in arrears, which, according to information from the Hrebinka City Council, amount to more than UAH 19,3 million.

In the spring of 2025, in order to protect the interests of the state, prosecutors appealed to the company with two lawsuits, which the Commercial Court of the Poltava region satisfied.

Currently, the land plots have been returned to the legal successor of the village council, the Hrebinka City Council, and the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Poltava Region is taking measures to forcibly recover the unpaid rent.
