Львівською обласною прокуратурою розпочато досудове розслідування за фактом можливого зловживання працівниками одного з митних постів Львівської митниці своїм службовим становищем за ч. 2 ст. 364 КК України.

За попередньою інформацією, службові особи одного з постів Львівської митниці, діючи умисно, з метою одержання неправомірної вигоди, пропустили з Польщі на територію України вантажні автомобілі, заповнені ймовірно високоліквідними товарами, без сплати митних платежів.

Для цього при здійсненні митних формальностей вони вказали, що частина автомобілів їдуть порожні.

Такі дії дозволили власникам вантажу не сплачувати за нього мито та податки.

Досудове розслідування за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури здійснюють слідчі Територіального управління ДБР, розташованого у місті Львові.

The Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into possible abuses at Lviv Customs

The Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the fact of possible abuse by officers of one of the customs posts of the Lviv Customs of their official position under part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

According to preliminary information, officials of one of the posts of the Lviv Customs, acting intentionally, in order to obtain an illegal benefit, allowed trucks filled with probably highly liquid goods from Poland to the territory of Ukraine without paying customs payments.

For this purpose, when carrying out customs formalities, they indicated that some cars drive empty.

Such actions allowed the owners of the cargo not to pay duties and taxes for it.

Pre-trial investigation under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office is carried out by investigators of the Territorial Department of the SBI, located in the city of Lviv.
