Прокурори екологічних прокуратур відновлюють право держави та громад на природоохоронні землі, ліси й водойми. Кожен факт незаконного вибуття таких територій оскаржується у суді задля збереження довкілля та захисту природної спадщини України.

У суді прокурори домоглися визнання недійсними результати земельних торгів та повернули державі 121 га землі Національного природного парку «Бузький Гард». Заповідну ділянку було віднесено до сільгоспугідь і за результатами аукціону, протизаконно проведеного Головним управлінням Держгеокадастру в Миколаївській області разом із Мигіївською сільрадою, передано в користування товариству, хоча вони не мали повноважень ними розпоряджатися. До того ж, встановлено, що результати торгів були сфальсифіковані: їх проведено без реальної конкуренції та із заниженою платою за користування землею.

Prosecutors of Environmental Prosecutor's Offices restore the right of the state and communities to nature conservation lands, forests and reservoirs. Every fact of illegal disposal of such territories is challenged in court in order to preserve the environment and protect the natural heritage of Ukraine.

Prosecutors in court succeeded in invalidating land auction results and returned 121 hectares of land belonging to the "Buzky Gard" National Nature Park to the state.The protected area was classified as agricultural land and, based on the results of an auction illegally held by the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in Mykolaiv region together with the Myhiivska Village Council, was transferred to the company for use, although they did not have the authority to dispose of it.In addition, it was established that the results of the auctions were falsified: they were carried out without real competition and with an underestimated fee for land use.
