Прокуратура продовжує системну роботу з викриття, документування, розслідування та притягнення до відповідальності осіб, які, зрадили державі і сприяли ворогу в розв’язаній війні проти України. Виступаючи стороною обвинувачення, прокурори послідовно забезпечують притягнення зрадників до відповідальності - незалежно від їх статусу, професії чи минулих заслуг. Зокрема, лише за останній час по «гучним кримінальним провадження» за ст. 111 КК України до 15 років ув’язнення засуджено:

Адвоката-шпигуна з Києва.

Він передавав спецслужбам рф місця дислокації, вид, кількість, переміщення підрозділів та техніки ЗСУ, а також інформацію про стратегічні об’єкти столиці. Діяв з власної ініціативи та розраховував у майбутньому отримати матеріальні блага або керівну посаду в структурах влади рф.

Публічного агітатора з Києва.

Окрім розміщення пропагандистських дописів за методичкою рф у соціальних мережах, він надіслав листи на електронні адреси російських ЗМІ із розташуванням особового складу Сил безпеки й оборони України по місту Києву для нанесення подальших ракетних ударів зс рф.

Зрадника на користь генерального штабу рф.

Чоловік систематично надавав до генштабу рф інформацію стосовно місць дислокації підрозділів, техніки та особового складу сил оборони України на території м. Торецьк, а також результати нанесення ракетних ударів по військовослужбовцям України.

Колишнього посадовця Державного космічного агентства України.

Він передавав ворогу дані про стратегічні підприємства оборонного сектору, їх потужностей з виробництва військової продукції, можливих негативних наслідків для обороноздатності, ЗСУ та інших військових формувань у разі влучання ракетами у вказані об’єкти.

Експравоохоронця з Луганська.

Засуджений упродовж років він обіймав керівні посади у так званому «мвс лнр» та сприяв репресіям проти проукраїнського населення. Розгляд провадження здійснено in absentia.

Завершено досудове розслідування та скеровано для розгляду по суті низку обвинувальних актів стосовно:

Двох експравоохоронців, які працювали на фсб.

Один з яких, перебуваючи на оперативній посаді, передавав інформацію з обмеженим доступом, що могла бути використана на шкоду обороноздатності України.

А інший, після зради присязі, обійняв посаду в правоохоронних органах, створених на ТОТ. Також він залучив інформатора з Дніпропетровщини, який передав координати об’єктів оборонної промисловості. Це спричинило ракетний удар.

🔻 Офіс Генерального прокурора наголошує: державна зрада у воєнний час - один із найтяжчих злочинів, який не має строку давності. Кожен, хто співпрацює з ворогом, обов’язково отримає справедливе покарання.

Exposure and conviction of traitors: The Prosecutor General's Office systematically brings to justice persons, working for the enemy

The Prosecutor's Office continues its systematic activity to expose, document, investigate, and prosecute individuals who betrayed the state and aided the enemy in the ongoing war against Ukraine. Appearing for the prosecution, prosecutors consistently ensure that traitors are brought to justice - regardless of their status, profession or past achievements. In particular, only recently, in "high-profile criminal proceedings" under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the following were sentenced to 15 years in prison:

A lawyer-spy from Kyiv.

He provided the russian intelligence services with the information on locations, types, numbers, and movements of units and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as information about strategic facilities in the capital. He acted on his own initiative and expected to receive material benefits or a leadership position in the russian government in the future.

Public agitator from Kyiv.

In addition to posting propaganda posts according to the russian method on social networks he sent letters to the email addresses of russian media outlets with the location of personnel of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv for further missile strikes by the russian armed forces.

Traitor in favor of the russian general staff.

The man systematically provided the russian general staff with information regarding the locations of units, equipment, and personnel of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the territory of the city of Toretsk, as well as the results of missile strikes on Ukrainian servicemen.

A former official of the State Space Agency of Ukraine.

He was the one who transmiited to the enemy data about strategic defense sector enterprises, their military production capacities, possible negative consequences for defense capability, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in the event of missiles hitting the specified objects.

Former law enforcement officer from Luhansk.

Convict held senior positions in the so-called "ministry of internal affairs of the LPR" during years and contributed to repressions against the pro-Ukrainian population. The proceedings were considered in absentia.

The pre-trial investigation has been completed and a number of indictments have been referred for consideration on the merits regarding:

Two ex-law enforcement officers who worked for the federal security service.

One of whom, while in an operational responsibility, transmitted restricted information that could be used to the detriment of Ukraine's defense capabilities.

And another, after betraying his oath, took a position in the law enforcement agencies created on the temporary occupied territories. He also recruited an informant from the Dnipropetrovsk region, who passed on the coordinates of defense industry facilities. This led to a strike with missiles.

The Prosecutor General's Office emphasizes: treason in wartime is one of the most serious crimes that has no statute of limitations. Anyone who collaborates with the enemy will definitely receive a fair punishment.
