Прокурори Одеської обласної прокуратури скерували до суду обвинувальний акт стосовно місцевого мешканця, який організував вибух у приміщенні поліції в Біляївці.

Під час слідства встановлено, що чоловік був завербований представником розвідувального органу держави-агресора. За завданням куратора він погодився виготовляти саморобні вибухові пристрої та передавати їх для реалізації терактів на території регіону.

Для цього придбав хімічні реагенти, електроніку та інші складові, після чого у власній квартирі зібрав вибухівку та підготував її для використання.

Вранці, 23 березня цього року, зловмисник організував перевезення вибухового пристрою на таксі до Біляївки, замаскувавши під звичайний подарунок. 

Далі за його ж інструкцією «подарунок» передали жінці, яка, не знаючи вмісту, занесла пакунок до приміщення районного управління поліції. 

Через кілька хвилин пристрій дистанційно активували телефонним дзвінком з території рф.

Унаслідок вибуху загинула одна людина, ще троє людей — поліцейські отримали тілесні ушкодження середньої тяжкості. Частково зруйновано адміністративну будівлю органу поліції, завдано матеріальних збитків державі на суму понад 220 тис. грн.

Обвинуваченому інкриміновано вчинення терористичного акту, що призвів до загибелі людини, незаконне виготовлення вибухових речовин та пристроїв, зберігання зброї, а також співпрацю з представниками спецслужб держави-агресора (ч. 3 ст. 258, ч. 1 ст. 263, ч. 1 ст. 263-1, ч. 1 ст. 114-1, ч. 2 ст. 194 КК України).

Наразі за клопотанням прокуратури чоловік перебуває під вартою. Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснювало УСБУ в Одеській області.

The case of the terrorist attack in Odesa was sent to court: the accused is awaiting sentencing in custody

Prosecutors of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against a local resident who organized an explosion in the police premises in Bilyaivka.

During the investigation, it was established that the man was recruited by a representative of the intelligence agency of the aggressor state. On the instructions of the curator, he agreed to manufacture improvised explosive devices and hand them over for terrorist attacks in the region.

For this, he purchased chemical reagents, electronics and other components, after which he collected explosives in his own apartment and prepared them for use.

On the morning of March 23 of this year, the attacker organized the transportation of an explosive device by taxi to Bilyaivka, disguised as an ordinary gift.

Further, according to his instructions, the «gift was given to a woman who, not knowing the contents, took the package to the premises of the district police department.

A few minutes later, the device was remotely activated by a phone call from the territory of the russian federation.

As a result of the explosion, one person died, three more people — police officers received moderate injuries. The administrative building of the police body was partially destroyed, material damage was caused to the state in the amount of more than UAH 220 000.

The accused was charged with committing a terrorist act that led to the death of a person, illegal manufacture of explosives and devices, storage of weapons, as well as cooperation with representatives of the special services of the aggressor state (part 3 of Art 258, part 1 of Art 263, part 1 of Art 263-1, part 1 of Art 114-1, part 2 of Art. 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, at the request of the prosecutor's office, the man is in custody. The pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was carried out by the Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Odesa region.
