Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime by the Russian military, which resulted in the deaths of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It has been established that as a result of a combined attack by the Russian military on the capital, two people were killed in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv – a mother and her two-month-old son. As of this morning, at least 17 injured individuals are known, including a pregnant woman and two police officers. All the injured are residents of the Sviatoshynskyi and Darnytskyi districts of Kyiv. They have burns and shrapnel wounds.
