It concerns, in particular, the equity participation during the construction of a car dealership in the regional center. The contractor ignored its obligation to pay funds for the development of the infrastructure of the settlement. This could have led to the community losing significant financial revenues.

To protect the interests of the territorial community, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the Economic Court of the Rivne region, which partially satisfied the claim.

Currently, the court's decision has been executed, and over 4 million UAH have already been transferred to the city budget.

Prosecutors continue their systematic work in the field of protecting the economic interests of the state and communities. Since the beginning of this year, thanks to the intervention of the Rivne District Prosecutor's Office, the budget of the regional center has been replenished by almost 10 million UAH. Another half a million UAH has been returned to the Velykoomelyansky and Zoryansky communities. All these funds are from equity participation collected from unscrupulous developers.
