At the request of the Rivne District Prosecutor's Office in the interests of the state represented by the Rivne City Council, nearly 2 million UAH in funds for the share participation in the development of the local infrastructure has been recovered from the local budget.

Prosecutors established that a limited liability company constructed a 9-story residential building in the regional center from 2016 to 2023. Despite the legal obligation, the developer did not pay the share contribution for the development of the local infrastructure, which resulted in the city budget losing nearly 2 million UAH.

The Rivne District Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit to recover the specified funds. The Northwest Appellate Economic Court ruled in favor of the prosecutor's claim in full.

Thanks to the measures taken, the court's decision was enforced, and the funds were transferred to the city budget.
