Under the procedural guidance of the prosecution authorities, SBU employees uncovered and detained two more enemy informants.

A resident of the Synelnykove district received a task via the Telegram messenger — to transmit information about the movement of Ukrainian military convoys for a monetary reward. The woman set up a hidden video camera, camouflaging it in a forest belt. Real-time video recording of the convoys with military equipment and fuel and lubricants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was conducted.

A resident of Donetsk region sent information about the movement, transit, and location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Cherkasy and Novomykolaivka in Donetsk region to a participant of the "DNR" from July 2022 until March 27, 2023. He is currently in one of the detention centers in Ternopil region.  

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk and Ternopil regional prosecutor's offices, they were informed of suspicion under Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by SBU investigators.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
