Prosecutors of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office have submitted an indictment to the court against the head of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic of the Russian Federation for financing actions aimed at changing the borders and state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It has been established that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation and up to the present, the head of the republic has been organizing material and financial support for the needs of Russian military formations fighting against Ukraine. Using his political influence and administrative resources, he issues official orders for the purchase of military equipment, supplies, ammunition, personal protective equipment, medical supplies, food products, building materials, and more for the Russian army.

Some of these "humanitarian cargoes" were personally delivered by the accused to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and handed over to representatives of the so-called "volunteer battalions" of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic.

Additionally, by orders of the head, several billion rubles have been allocated from the republic's budget for Russian servicemen and the families of the deceased.

He reports on his support for "his own" to citizens in republican and federal media.

The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was conducted by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region.
