Kharkiv Region

On July 4, from 22:50 to 23:30, the Russian army launched a massive attack on the city of Chuhuiv. Eleven people were injured, including two children. A dormitory, a post office, a car service station, vehicles, and an industrial facility were damaged. Fires broke out at the strike sites.

On the same day, the city of Kupiansk came under enemy fire. During the day, the Russian army shelled a residential area: a 55-year-old woman was killed, and three people were injured by explosive wounds. A store, a children's playground, and windows in apartment buildings were damaged.

In the evening, Kupiansk was again subjected to enemy attacks. Around 19:50, a 57-year-old man was injured. At 21:50, as a result of shelling, a 55-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were injured. Residential buildings in the city were damaged.

Dnipropetrovsk Region

In the evening of July 4, the enemy attacked the city of Kryvyi Rih, injuring 8 people. Apartment buildings, an educational institution, vehicles, and a hotel were damaged.

On the night of July 4-5, Russian troops attacked the Dnipro district. Two women and a man were injured. Dacha houses were damaged.

The Myrivska, Marhanetska, and Pokrovsk communities came under fire from enemy drones and artillery. A 43-year-old man was injured. Infrastructure, an agricultural enterprise, a private house, an outbuilding, a hair salon, and a vehicle were damaged.

The enemy also struck the Mezhivska and Slovianska communities in the Synelnykove district. A vehicle was damaged.

Kherson Region

On the night of July 5, 2025, Russian military forces shelled the de-occupied territory of Kherson Region using various types of artillery and drones.

As a result of the Russian attacks, four civilians were injured. In the village of Novodmytrivka, an elderly woman was killed, and one local resident was injured. Two people were also injured in Kherson. In several settlements, residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.

Donetsk Region

In the morning of July 5, at 04:00, Russian forces shelled Kostiantynivka and Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region. The aggressor state’s troops used "FAB-250" with an UMPC module and an FPV drone. As a result of the enemy attack, a 40-year-old man was killed in Myrnohrad.

At 08:10, an enemy drone hit a civilian vehicle in the village of Rivne in the Pokrovsk district. A couple aged 69 and 70 were injured. They were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office, as well as the Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, Kherson, Oleshky, Kostiantynivka, and Pokrovsk district prosecutor's offices, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the shelling incidents (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

All facts of war crimes committed by Russia will be submitted to the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko has identified work in this direction as one of the key priorities for the prosecution authorities.
