On the morning of August 9, the enemy launched a missile attack on Dnipro.

Three people were injured – two men and a woman.

There is destruction on the territory of enterprises: cars and an administrative building were damaged, and a non-operational building was destroyed.

In addition, in the evening of August 8, armed formations of the Russian Federation carried out artillery shelling of the city of Nikopol.

As a result of the strike, a woman was killed, and a man was injured. Private houses, outbuildings, and a power line were damaged.

Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of attacks on the civilian population committed by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
