The enemy struck again in Kharkiv and the region: two people were killed, five more - they were injured

Under the procedural guidance of the Novobavar and Shevchenkivskyi district prosecutors of Kharkiv and the Kupiansk district prosecutor's office of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the facts of committing war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on October 5, approximately from 22:45 to 23:30, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv using strike drones.
In the Novobavar district, a fire broke out on the territory of one of the facilities due to the strikes. More than 10 residential buildings and vehicles were also damaged.
A 63-year-old man was injured. Three other people—a man and two women—experienced acute stress reactions. It has been preliminarily established that the Russian army used "Geran-2" type UAVs for the strikes.
Around 23:30, an explosion occurred in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city—an impact was recorded on the territory of a civilian enterprise. According to preliminary data, a "Lancet" type drone was used.
On the afternoon of October 5, a Russian strike drone, preliminarily identified as "Molniya," hit a car traveling on the highway in the Kupiansk district. A 37-year-old volunteer, who was driving, was injured.
Also, yesterday at approximately 14:00, an FPV drone struck a vehicle in the village of Kolodyazne, located in the Kupiansk region. Two men aged 50 and 35 were killed.
Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are documenting the consequences of the latest attacks and taking all necessary measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military.
