On the night of November 22, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked one of the districts of the Odesa region with strike drones. As a result of the attack, two civilians were injured: a 62-year-old and a 56-year-old man. They were taken to the hospital.  

The enemy shelled civilian infrastructure facilities. Administrative buildings and 11 vehicles were damaged. A public catering establishment was destroyed.  

Prosecutors are working at the crime scene together with police officers. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by territorial police units.
