On the night of December 23 and in the morning, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with missiles and strike drones. Medical personnel and rescuers are working on-site. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences and recording war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 

Kyiv Region.

In the Vyshhorod district, a fire broke out in a private residential building as a result of the attack. A woman was killed. Three people sustained shrapnel injuries, including a minor. 

In the Obukhiv district, two private residential houses were damaged: windows were shattered, and facades and roofs were destroyed.

Kyiv.

As a result of a drone attack in the Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv, a 5-story residential building was damaged.

Three people were injured: a 16-year-old girl with multiple shrapnel wounds was taken to the hospital, while two others received assistance on-site.

Another woman walking nearby sustained shrapnel wounds to the head. She has been hospitalized and is in serious condition.

Odesa Region.

The Russian forces attacked the port and energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa with strike drones. 

Civilian objects were also damaged: a two-story residential building and a garage were partially destroyed, as well as windows and roofs of private households. There are no casualties.

Sumy Region.

The enemy attacked the region with 10 unguided aerial missiles, 8 Shahed-2 drones, 1 Molniya drone, 14 FPV drones, and artillery.

In the Sumy district, 5 private households, power lines, and railway infrastructure were damaged.

In the Shostka district, critical infrastructure and residential buildings were damaged.

Khmelnytskyi Region.

 In the morning of December 23, the enemy used missiles and drones.

In the city of Shepetivka, a man was killed as a result of missile debris falling in his yard.

Windows in apartment buildings and one of the medical facility's buildings were also damaged in the city.

As a result of drone strikes, critical infrastructure was damaged in the city of Khmelnytskyi and the Shepetivka district.

Private residential houses in the Khmelnytskyi district were damaged.

Chernihiv Region.

Russian troops launched numerous drone strikes on energy facilities and critical infrastructure in the Novhorod-Siverskyi and Pryluky districts. A number of settlements remain without electricity.

Additionally, as a result of the enemy attack, premises of a farm, agricultural machinery, and a fleet of vehicles were damaged in the city of Pryluky and the Pryluky district.
