The enemy attacked Ukraine with drones. Prosecutors are documenting the consequences

On the night of December 18, the Russian army struck cities in Ukraine. Medical personnel and rescuers are working on-site. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences and recording war crimes committed by the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Odesa region.

As a result of the enemy's nighttime drone attack on the Odesa district, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. Windows were shattered, and the facades of a 9-story residential building, an educational institution, private houses, and 10 cars parked nearby were damaged.

Eight people were injured: four women and four men, two of whom are in the hospital. 

Cherkasy region.

In Cherkasy, the enemy targeted a critical infrastructure facility with unmanned aerial vehicles. 

Private households, outbuildings, and vehicles were damaged by the shockwave and debris.

As of the morning of December 18, six people sought medical assistance. The number of victims and the extent of the damage are being determined.

Dnipro region.

Kryvyi Rih was also under enemy drone attack at night — one man and three women were injured.

A cultural institution building, an administrative building, private and multi-apartment houses, garages, and vehicles were damaged.

Sumy region.

On December 17, 2025, around 11:30 PM, the enemy launched two drone strikes on an educational institution building in Sumy. 

A security guard sustained serious injuries. Windows were shattered in nearby buildings.
