In the evening and at night on December 5, the Russian army struck Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Medical personnel and rescuers are working on-site. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement and the Security Service of Ukraine, are documenting the consequences and recording the war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Dnipropetrovsk region.

At night, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol district with FPV drones and artillery. A man was injured, and private and multi-apartment buildings were damaged. In the Synelnykove district, a 12-year-old boy was killed by a drone strike, and his parents were injured. Private houses were destroyed.

Kharkiv region.

On December 4, around 21:14, four strike drones hit the Osnovyansky district of Kharkiv. An industrial enterprise was damaged, and a fire broke out on its premises.

Around 22:00, another four drones attacked an enterprise in Chuhuiv. Yesterday afternoon, FPV drones struck the village of Lemishchyna in the Bohodukhiv district, damaging residential houses and outbuildings.
