Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk and Izium district prosecutors of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on September 12 at approximately 9:00, a strike drone, preliminarily identified as "Molniya," attacked a civilian vehicle in the village of Spodivka in the Kupiansk district. Three people in the car were injured: a 76-year-old man and two women aged 88 and 65. The victims were taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
On September 11, around 22:50, Russian drones struck the Izium district. In the village of Pahonivka, two women aged 54 and 59 experienced acute stress reactions, while a man in the village of Fedorivka suffered from acute shock. Residential properties were damaged in the settlements.
In the village of Osynovo, on September 11 at approximately 9:20, an enemy FPV drone hit a service vehicle of law enforcement officers: five police officers sustained injuries and trauma.
Yesterday, around 9:30, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out an artillery shelling of the village of Kivsharivka. An ambulance vehicle was damaged. Two medical workers were injured.
The Russian army carried out an airstrike on the village of Hrushevika. Two women aged 54 and 83 and a 50-year-old man were injured. Residential houses were damaged in the settlement. The attack occurred on September 11 at approximately 10:30.
