According to the investigation, on November 14 at approximately 10:40, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out an airstrike on the city of Lozova. Preliminary data indicates that they used UMPB-5R (reactive type) missiles, which covered a distance of about 145 km. The aviation munitions were launched from temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. 

A 59-year-old man was injured. Buildings of a monument manufacturing enterprise, storage facilities of a farming business, residential houses, and more were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Lozova District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
