On the night and morning of December 19, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with drones. Medical personnel and rescuers are working on-site. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences and recording war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Kharkiv region. 

On December 19, around 6:30 AM, an enemy FPV drone struck the territory of a private household in the village of Osynove, Kupiansk district. A 47-year-old man was killed. The house was damaged.

Odesa region.

As a result of the nighttime attack, energy infrastructure, an administrative building, apartment buildings, cars, and garages nearby were damaged in Odesa and the region. 

An injured woman was hospitalized.
