The District Prosecutor's Office of Ivano-Frankivsk has filed a lawsuit against a business entity that evaded payment of a contribution amounting to over 5 million UAH to the budget of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.

It has been established that the customer of the construction of a multi-apartment residential building, in violation of legal requirements, did not contact the local government body to conclude a contract for the contribution, and did not pay the funds for the development of the infrastructure of the settlement.

Thus, the company retained funds without sufficient legal grounds, which should have been transferred to the community budget, violating its interests.

Currently, the Economic Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region has opened proceedings in the case.
