This Russian-speaking hacker forum has been one of the main centers of global cybercrime since 2013.

On its platform, international hacker groups negotiated the purchase of malicious software, and coordinated cyberattacks on the information systems of state enterprises and critical infrastructure in the USA and European countries.

The close cooperation between Ukrainian and French colleagues yielded results.

They established who was the "creator" and administrator of the hacker forum. It turned out to be a citizen of Ukraine. His involvement in the activities of cybercriminal organizations, which carried out numerous ransomware attacks on state and private enterprises, institutions, and organizations for the purpose of extortion, is being verified.

The operation was conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office, the National Police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Europol, and the competent authorities of the French Republic.
