In Rivne, the exchanges of the Evpatoria administration for state treason were condemned in absentia

Prosecutors of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office proved the guilt of a resident of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, who, under the conditions of the occupation of the peninsula, joined the service of the enemy.

According to the investigation, a 52-year-old resident of Crimea, originally from Belarus, voluntarily headed the occupation administration of Yevpatoria in 2022. Holding the position until February 2024, she contributed to strengthening the power of the Russian Federation on the peninsula.

For treason in conditions of martial law (part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), she was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Rivne region. The sentence will take effect after the arrest of the accused, who is currently in the temporarily occupied territory. The parties may appeal the decision in the appellate court.
