Prosecutors of the Kryvyi Rih Eastern District Prosecutor's Office have sent an indictment to the court regarding four citizens who organized a drug business.

The investigation established that residents of Kryvyi Rih, as part of an organized group, produced up to 15 kg of amphetamine monthly in a rented premises and sold it via the Internet.

The accused also distributed cannabis and alpha-PVP throughout Ukraine, sent orders by mail, and received payments on bank cards.

According to preliminary estimates, the monthly income from illegal activities amounted to over 12 million UAH.

They are charged with illegal production, acquisition, storage, transportation, mailing for the purpose of sale, and sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in especially large quantities (Part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region with operational support from the Department for Combating Drug Crime in the region and the Security Service of Ukraine in the region.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
