Russian troops fired Slavyansk and Konstantinovka: 1 person was killed, 11 more - wounded

On October 9, 2025, at 10:55, the Russian army attacked with three "FAB-250" aerial bombs from the UMPK Sloviansk. Residential buildings were under the occupiers' fire. As a result of the strikes, three women and four men aged between 45 and 79 were injured. 

At 11:35 in Kostiantynivka, a 58-year-old civilian was killed by an FPV drone strike on a passenger car. Four others, including a 56-year-old woman and men aged 38, 65, and 71, sustained injuries.

The injured were diagnosed with mine-explosive and traumatic brain injuries, shrapnel wounds, concussions, and one person had a leg fracture. They received medical assistance promptly. The condition of one of the women is assessed by doctors as serious.

Among the damaged objects in the populated areas are over 40 apartment buildings and private houses, as well as 6 cars.

Under the procedural guidance of the Sloviansk and Kostiantynivka district prosecutors, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings regarding war crimes (Part 1, Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document crimes against the civilian population committed by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
