According to the investigation, on December 11, 2025, at around 10:30 AM, the Russians dropped a guided aerial bomb on a store in the Velykopysarivka community.

A 40-year-old saleswoman and a 63-year-old local resident were killed. Two other civilians were injured.

Under the procedural guidance of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the commission of war crimes that resulted in loss of life (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
