Prosecutors capture the effects of enemy attacks in Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk region

On the night of July 3 to 4, the Russian military launched a combined attack on Ukrainian cities using UAVs, ballistic and cruise missiles.

Currently, one person is known to have died and 26 were injured, including a 10-year-old girl. The exact number of injured is being established. Debris from UAVs has been recorded in 6 districts – Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Dniprovskiy, Solomianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi.

In the Solomianskyi district of the capital, residential buildings and parked cars were damaged. A gas station, a vocational school building, a railway track, and a heating point were also affected.

In the Holosiivskyi district, a medical facility building was damaged.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, windows were shattered in several residential buildings, and a newly constructed building that has not yet been put into operation was also damaged.

Efforts to eliminate the consequences of fires and destruction are ongoing. Law enforcement is documenting yet another war crime by Russia against the residents of the capital.

On July 3 at 17:20, the enemy shelled the village of Illinivka in the Kramatorsk district. Russian troops targeted the private sector with a strike FPV drone. One person was killed and three others were injured.

On July 3 at approximately 21:15, a Russian strike drone attacked the village of Savyntsi in the Izium district of Kharkiv region. According to preliminary data, a power line, a civilian vehicle, and a grocery store were hit. Part of the village was left without electricity. A 23-year-old man was injured, and a 22-year-old pregnant woman was diagnosed with acute stress disorder.

On the night of July 4, the Russian army shelled populated areas in the Kherson region more than 20 times using artillery and various types of drones. The regional center and 8 other populated areas in the Kherson and Beryslav districts were in the strike zone.

In the morning of July 4, the enemy dropped explosives from a UAV in Kherson and Antonivka, injuring four civilians.

On the night of July 3 to 4, Russian troops attacked 8 populated areas in the Donetsk region. The occupiers targeted Bilitske, Dobropillia, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, and the villages of Andriivka-Klevtsove and Zoloty Kolodiaz.

As of 12:50, as a result of shelling in Kramatorsk, two civilians sustained bodily injuries. One more person was injured in Kostiantynivka. The victims were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries, a concussion, a skull base fracture, hematomas, and abrasions.

The enemy struck using the Tornado-S and Smerch multiple rocket launchers, artillery, FPV drones, and UAVs. Private houses and a store were damaged at the impact sites.

On July 4 at around 11:00, the enemy attacked the city of Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the shelling, 6 people were injured. A civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, the Donetsk, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's offices, as well as the Izium, Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Sloviansk district prosecutor's offices, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the shelling incidents (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

All facts of war crimes committed by Russia will be submitted to the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. The Attorney General Ruslan Kravchenko has identified work in this direction as one of the key priorities for the prosecution authorities.
