In execution of court decisions, the private company's right to own a complex of hydraulic engineering structures – protective dams with a total area of over 170,000 square meters, located in the territory of the Varash district of the Rivne region, has been terminated.

Prosecutors established that the hydraulic engineering structures, valued at over 2.3 billion UAH, were on the balance sheet of one of the state enterprises. However, in 2016, as a result of illegal state registration of rights to real estate, these structures were transferred to private ownership. Subsequently, the protective dams were included in the charter capital of a private legal entity and resold. Thus, the property ended up in the ownership of one of the capital's agricultural firms.

Responding to these violations, the Varash District Prosecutor's Office appealed to the court. Initially, the Economic Court of the Rivne region, and later the Northwestern Economic Court of Appeal, supported the prosecutor's position and granted the claim in the interests of the state represented by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions against the LLC.
