In the courts of first and appellate instance, the Zakarpattia Regional Prosecutor's Office proved that the farm illegally used municipal land, even after the lease agreement had expired. This concerns four agricultural land plots with a total area of 197.3 hectares, which will now be returned to the Velykodobroni Village Council of the Uzhhorod District.

According to the lease agreement, the land plots were provided to an individual for farming for a period of 10 years. Despite the expiration of the agreement and the village council's refusal to extend it, the farm continued to use the land.

By the ruling of the Western Appellate Economic Court, the decision of the first instance court was left unchanged. It has now entered into legal force.
