The Brovary District Prosecutor's Office has achieved the return of a non-residential premises with an adjacent territory, the market value of which exceeds 38 million hryvnias.

In July 2024, the deputy head of the district prosecutor's office appealed to the Economic Court of Kyiv Oblast in the interests of the state represented by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions.

The prosecutor demanded the recovery of arrears in rent, termination of the lease agreement, and the return of the property.

The court agreed with the prosecutor's arguments: the tenant, who had been using the premises since 2019, systematically failed to pay rent – from February 2020 to February 2022, as well as from October 2022 to May 2024.

As a result, the non-residential premises with an area of 637 sq. m and the adjacent territory with an area of 100 sq. m have been returned to the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
