The Prosecutor General’s Office ensured the transfer to state ownership of seized assets of the online casino «Pin-Up».  

Today, in compliance with the decision of the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv city, in terms of the application of special confiscation to «Ukr Game Technologies» LLC, which has entered into force, National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine transferred UAH 2.6 billion to the state budget of Ukraine as part of special confiscation.

The prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office proved the guilt of the director of this casino in court, by the verdict of the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv city, he was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with a probationary period of 3 years and a special confiscation of the funds of the company headed by him was applied.
