On July 16, 2025, at 17:18, the Russian Federation dropped a "FAB-500" bomb with a UMPC module on the center of Dobropillia. 

At this moment, at least 2 civilians are known to have died and 17 have been injured. The injured are receiving qualified medical assistance. 

6 residential buildings, 30 commercial facilities, and vehicles have been damaged. The final consequences of this cynical enemy attack are being established.

Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding regarding the fact of a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
