Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the facts of another nighttime attack by the enemy on Kyiv region using strike drones (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war).

Air defense forces were active in the region – enemy targets have been shot down. There are no casualties among the population, and there were no hits on critical infrastructure.

The consequences have been recorded in two districts:

• Boryspil District – rescuers localized a fire in warehouse premises.

• Buča District – as a result of the attack, a non-residential building caught fire over an area of about 100 square meters, and the fire has been extinguished. A private house and a passenger car were also damaged.

Operational services continue to document the consequences of the shelling and carry out urgent investigative actions.

The Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office is exercising procedural guidance in the criminal proceedings.
