Prosecutors of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office have sent an indictment to the court regarding four residents of Sarny district, who, by prior agreement and for selfish motives, organized illegal exit from the country for conscripted men (Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation established that the accused, in April 2025, facilitated the transportation of three individuals of conscription age to the border zone and provided them with detailed advice on crossing the border bypassing checkpoints and active patrols. For this, they received 13,500 US dollars. 

Two of the offenders were notified of suspicion on April 25, and the other two on May 5. The court chose preventive measures in the form of detention with the possibility of posting bail of 242,240 UAH for each. 

The men posted the bail and were released from the detention center. However, one of them later attempted to smuggle a conscript across the border again, so on August 13, 2025, he was taken into custody, and the bail was directed to the state revenue.
