The Southern Ukrainian City Court has granted the lawsuit of the Voznesensk District Prosecutor's Office regarding the termination of the privatization contract for state property valued at 18.8 million UAH and the return of the real estate object to the state.

It was established that in 2019, an individual purchased a building of an asphalt-concrete plant in the city of Pivdennoukrainsk, with an area of 1257.5 sq. m., through a purchase agreement at the Regional Office of the State Property Fund for Odesa and Mykolaiv regions. At the same time, for more than 4 years, the buyer did not fulfill the conditions of the privatization contract, which went unaddressed by the authorized state body.

The court agreed with the prosecutor's arguments regarding the grounds for terminating the privatization contract and obliged the unscrupulous buyer to return the acquired property to the state.

After the court's decision comes into legal force, measures will be taken to enforce it.
