Under the procedural guidance of the prosecution authorities, SBU employees detained two more organizers of illegal border crossings for conscripts.

They have currently been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal transportation of persons across the state border.

According to the investigation, a resident of Radekhiv offered a conscript "assistance" in fleeing the country for 20,000 US dollars. He promised to organize "safe" transportation through interregional checkpoints, and on the designated day – escort to Odesa and further illegal transportation abroad.

The second suspect is the head of one of the public organizations in Lviv region. For 15,000 US dollars, he attempted to transport a conscript to Slovakia.

Law enforcement documented the illegal activities of both individuals and detained them in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Investigative actions are ongoing to identify and hold accountable other involved persons.

Under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Western region, the measures to expose them were carried out by operatives of the SBU in Lviv region together with investigators of the National Police.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
