Two agents of the Russian Federation were exposed in the Kyiv region, who transmitted the coordinates of critical infrastructure

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional and Kyiv City Prosecutor's Offices, two citizens of Ukraine have been notified of suspicion of committing treason under martial law (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

One of the suspects sent photos and videos of the Kyiv HPP to a curator from the FSB, as well as provided information about the location of military facilities and equipment near them.

The other suspect collaborated with a representative of the military intelligence of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces via "Telegram" from September to November 2025. Pre-trial investigations in the criminal proceedings are conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Kyiv and the Kyiv region under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
