At the request of the prosecutors of the Kryvyi Rih Central District Prosecutor's Office, the court ordered the Lozuvatka Village Council to repair the shelter of one of the community's lyceums.

Juvenile prosecutors established that the condition of the shelter, designed for 400 people, had not met safety requirements for a long time: the premises were not equipped with the necessary fire safety equipment, lacked proper lighting, and did not have rest areas.

The Lozuvatka Village Council has rectified the violations — the shelter has been brought to a state of full readiness, ensuring an adequate level of protection for students and staff of the lyceum.
