Another military crime of Russian invaders - prosecutors recorded the consequences of enemy UAV attacks on Kharkiv and Sumy region

On June 23, 2025, around 23:55, the enemy attacked one of the streets in the Velykosyrivka community of the Sumy region with at least eight drones.

As a result of the enemy attack, a 5-year-old boy, a 52-year-old man, and an 84-year-old woman were killed. Six other people, including two 17-year-old girls and a 12-year-old boy, were injured. Seven residential buildings were destroyed, and 22 houses and 6 cars were damaged.

On June 24, from 02:00 to 03:00, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out another massive attack on Kharkiv using strike drones.

In the Nemishlyany district of the city, over 15 houses and vehicles were damaged. A 54-year-old man was injured. A 45-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl experienced acute stress reactions. 

In the Saltivka district, hits were recorded on the territory of a civilian enterprise: a fire broke out, and buildings were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, as well as the Nemishlyany and Saltivka District Prosecutor's Offices of Kharkiv, pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
