Under the procedural guidance of the Kryvyi Rih Southern District Prosecutor's Office, two individuals were exposed who offered men of conscription age several options for unhindered travel abroad. The schemes involved the fabrication of fictitious documents regarding non-existent disabilities or influencing employees of the State Border Guard Service by providing them with monetary rewards. 

The cost of such "assistance" ranged from 7,000 to 15,000 US dollars. 

Law enforcement documented the fact of transferring 12,000 US dollars to the organizers from a conscript who was to arrive at the "Rava-Ruska" checkpoint with a previously arranged "business trip" from a fictitious legal entity. Subsequently, the conscript would have the opportunity to cross the state border without hindrance.  

The organizers of the schemes were detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. They were informed of the suspicion under Part 3 of Article 15, Part 3 of Article 332, and Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 

Pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region, with operational support from the Department of Strategic Investigations in the Dnipropetrovsk region of the National Police of Ukraine.

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
